Pricing

One statement
or a hundred a month.

A statement uses one page for each page it has. Buy pages once, or pay less a page with a plan you can cancel any time. Page one of any statement is always free, and running out is never charged: a statement you do not have the pages for is refused, with the reason.

One statement? Preview it free on the home page, then buy just its pages: 25¢ a page, $2.50 or more.

No subscription and nothing renews. A pack's pages last six months from the day your payment clears, and a plan's own pages are always spent first.

Questions

Before you ask.

What counts as a page?

One page of your PDF. A four-page statement uses four pages. Page one of any statement is free on the home page, so you see what comes out before you pay anything.

What happens to the statement I upload?

The uploaded PDF is deleted as soon as the conversion finishes. The converted spreadsheet is downloadable for 1 hour after that, and the record of the conversion stays in your portal for as long as your account does.

What if I run out of pages before the month is up?

A statement you do not have the pages for is refused, with the reason, and nothing is charged for going over. Buy a page pack to see the month out, move to a bigger plan, or wait for next month's pages, then upload the statement again: a refused one is not kept. An annual plan gives you the whole year's pages at once.

How do I pay, and how do I stop?

By card, on Stripe's own page: we never see your card number. To cancel, press Manage billing on your plan page; it stops the next payment, and the period you have already paid for runs to its end.

Can I change plan later?

Yes, up or down, from your account. Moving to a bigger plan is prorated and charged at the time of the change: you pay the new plan's price for the rest of your billing period, less a credit for the unused part of the old one. Moving from monthly to annual starts a new year that day. Moving to a smaller plan, or from annual to monthly, takes effect when your current period ends. Stripe handles the card and the payment.

Will it read my bank's statements?

Very likely. If your statement is a PDF with a table of transactions and a running balance, the columns are found on the page rather than set up per bank, descriptions over two lines included. Try page one free and see.

What do I download?

An Excel file, or a CSV if you prefer, which also opens in Numbers and Google Sheets. The money columns are numbers you can add up. A last column, Ledger, says for every row whether its balance follows from the one before (ok), was worked out because the statement did not print one (filled), or does not add up (break).
